Thrift Outfit Description: Pardon my camera, this dress is actually a sheer black dress with polka dots. It also features ruffles along the end hem and down the middle. The necklace (simple but a statement) was $6.00.

1. Do you remember when I said thrifting allows you to spend less on apparel and increase spending in other areas. I rarely find shoes at the thrift store and, even if I did, I can't bring myself to buy them. I am slightly a germ-a-phobe lol. Since outfit was less the $20.00, I could spend a little on my shoes and not feel guilty about it.
