Thrifter [ Not So ] Anonymous #7

People hear floral and their minds immediately go to lilacs and daisies, but floral includes all plants. This weeks thrifter anonymous made use of an untraditional floral print and created a trendy/creative fashion statement (which is what The Color Tag is all about).
