The weather in Atlanta has been up and down. One day it's sunny and the next is a horrible storm. One day it's warm and the next day feels like its below zero. You get the point.
Thrift Tip: A great way to stay warm and fashionable is by wearing layers. Since I didn't have a black dress with a turtle neck and long sleeves, I created it. I did it by wearing my black mini dress on top of my black turtle neck shirt. Layering the right pieces can create a new look and provide an extra layer of warmth for colder weather.
